Cancelling:

You may cancel your Accommodation booking via the Platform at any time or by contacting us directly via email. However, you will only be entitled to a refund in accordance with the refunds clause above. Cancelling outside of the cooling- off period will entitle you to a refund. As an Owner of the Accommodation, you may cancel our Services at any time by providing Resorts Centre with at least 7 (seven) days notice of your intention to cancel the Services.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your booking for the Accommodation by reaching out to the Owner of the Accommodation directly via email. Please note that Resorts Centre shall not be liable for any rescheduling issues and/or errors and any liability suffered by you as a result of any additional terms and conditions as agreed to in this circumstance. All rescheduling requests will be subject to availability of the Accommodation and discussed directly with the Owner of the Accommodation.
