You may cancel your booking at any time through the Platform or by contacting us via email. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund Policy. Accommodation owners may cancel their listing or services by providing Resorts Centre with at least 7 days' written notice.
If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact the accommodation owner directly. Rescheduling is subject to the property's availability and any additional terms or charges set by the owner. Resorts Centre is not responsible for any rescheduling decisions, delays, or disputes between guests and property owners.
